BALIK PULAU: An Indonesian tourist took a joke too far by claiming that her luggage contained a bomb at the Penang International Airport.
She is expected to be charged at a magistrate’s court here today for criminal intimidation under Section 506 of the Penal Code, which carries a maximum seven-year jail sentence or a fine or both.
