PETALING JAYA: Disgruntled consumers who take the law into their own hands may land in jail, while those who seek legal recourse through the Malaysia Consumer Claims Tribunal (TTPM) are likely to get their money back.
Since its setting up 15 years ago, the tribunal has heard 95,127 cases and issued legally binding orders to refund, replace or rectify products and services in favour of consumers.
