KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is objecting to Harakah’s bid to include 20 articles as part of its defence against a libel suit by the Prime Minister.
Yesterday, High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng asked Najib’s lawyers to give notice to the defendants – Harakah managing director and writer Dr Rosli Yaakop, and Harakahdaily portal editor-in-chief Taufek Yahya – about the objection.
