IPOH: Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin has apologised to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak over a disparaging remark.
Reading the apology letter before Sessions Court judge Ikmal Hishan Mohd Tajuddin yesterday, the former Perak mentri besar said the remark he had made was baseless.
