KOTA KINABALU: Police are still trying to find out the motive behind the assault on a shop assistant who was found semi-naked and barely conscious in a drain at Penampang last week.
District police chief Deputy Supt Rosley Hobden said police were hopeful that they could unearth the real story why the 28-year-old shop assistant was assaulted.
