GEORGE TOWN: MCA is appalled that a Kedah state exco member has defended the senior school assistant who allegedly told non-Muslim students during the fasting month to drink inside the toilet, and not to “drink your own urine”.
The party’s Overseas Liaison bureau deputy chairman Dr Chin Tung Leong said Kedah Education, Transportation and Public Works Committee chairman Datuk Tajul Urus Mat Zain had defended the senior assistant, saying that the speech was misunderstood by the students.
