KOTA KINABALU: These days, rural folk have a better chance of earning a stable income than those in the cities, says Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal.
He encouraged rural folk, especially youths, to be enterprising and understand the value of local products as the cities were becoming congested and opportunities were becoming competitive.
