Mum jailed in Sweden returns home

SEPANG: A Malaysian mother who was jailed in a child abuse case in Sweden is now looking forward to resuming her teaching career.

Shalwati Norshal, 46, returned home from Sweden yesterday after completing her 14-month sentence handed down by the Solna district court in Sweden in March for gross vio­lation of the integrity of her daugh­­ter and eldest son, as well as assault of her two younger sons in 2010.
