Court forfeits sex blogger’s bail for failing to return passport a second time


KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court forfeited the RM20,000 bail imposed on controversial sex blogger Alvin Tan after he failed to return his passport for a second time.

Judge Abdul Rashid Daud said he was not satisfied with the two bailors, Loo Ching Ching, 44, and All Kim Lian, 57, for their failure to fulfil bail conditions.
