PETALING JAYA: Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim remains the Selangor Mentri Besar for the time being despite his sacking from PKR, but his expulsion from the party can lead to several possibilities, including a snap election for the state.
There is also a likelihood of him joining PAS, which has been supportive of him remaining as Mentri Besar with the support of Barisan Nasional assemblymen from Umno.
