KUALA LUMPUR: PKNS Holdings Sdn Bhd, which lost its suit against Nusa Gapurna Development Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd, will appeal the High Court’s decision.
The High Court had on Thursday dismissed PKNS Holdings’ suit against Nusa Gapurna and MRCB for a breach of shareholders’ agreement over a stake in PJ Sentral Development Sdn Bhd.
