Liew fails in legal bid to regain LDP presidency

High Court judge Justice Stephen Chung threw out Liew’s application for a judicial review on the Registrar of Societies’ decision to declare Teo, who is state Special Tasks Minister, the legitimate president of the party that plunged into a leadership crisis in September.
