Court rejects restaurant manager’s bid to quash arrest warrant


KOTA KINABALU: A restaurant manager’s bid to quash his arrest warrant has been rejected by the High Court here.

Kota Kinabalu High Court Deputy Registrar Steve Ritikos informed counsel Ram Singh in a letter of his decision. Ram is representing restaurant manager Riduan Masmud who was convicted in the Sessions Court for raping a 13-year-old girl on Feb 18 last year.
