COLOMBO: It is member nations' prerogative if they want to boycott the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Sri Lanka but Malaysia's participation is "relevant and significant," says Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman.
"We have taken note of opposing voices but we have to look at the bigger picture of the benefits (of CHOGM) and see how the reconciliation process is going on in Sri Lanka," he added.
