KUALA LUMPUR: The Philippine authorities in Zamboanga City have arrested a Malaysian from Kota Kinabalu for suspected involvement in Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) activities in southern Philippines.
Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) director-general Datuk Mohammad Mantek said the 55-year-old man was arrested on Oct 4 and was then taken to Manila for further investigation by the Philippine authorities there.
