PETALING JAYA: Younger leaders and more professionals are being elected to helm MIC divisions, signalling that the party is starting to transform itself, according to observers.
The ongoing party elections, which began on Oct 6, have seen divisions, including Shah Alam, Hulu Selangor and Sepang, being taken over by younger leaders.
