KUALA LUMPUR: The family of Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) legal adviser P. Uthayakumar has applied to the Sessions Court to send him for urgent medical treatment at HUKM for diabetes and back pain.
His lawyer A.S. Dhaliwal said he informed deputy registrar Nooraini Yusuf of the request when the matter came up for case management before her.
