GEORGE TOWN: The road bully who slammed his car into another driver's car repeatedly and then threw homemade firecrackers at the latter's car bumper has tested positive for methamphetamine.
Police nabbed the 37-year-old man in Alor Setar after tracking him via the car registration plate provided by the victim.
