KUALA LUMPUR: Cases involving abuse of foreign student passes at private institutions of higher learning (IPTS) has dropped drastically last year, following measures taken by the authorities in tightening the student entry requirements.
Statistics issued by Bukit Aman police on Thursday showed 37 people were arrested for the offence last year, from 76 in 2011.
