MALAYSIA Hindu Sangam president Datuk R.S. Mohan Shan has lamented that some youths had carried kavadi that were decorated like durians and chillies.
Some of them even danced in an indecent manner while carrying the kavadi during Thaipusam, Tamil Nesan quoted him as saying.
