THE Government has no ulterior motive in building new Tamil schools other than to fulfil the pressing need for such schools for the Indian community, said Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
He denied accusations that the Government was pulling off a political gimmick when it announced that RM370mil had been allocated for Tamil schools from 2009 up to now.
