ACA: Failure to report graft is an offence

IPOH: Not reporting an act of corruption is an offence punishable with a two-year jail term or a RM10,000 fine, said Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) deputy director-general (II) Datuk Zakaria Jaafar. 

He said this was provided for under Section 17 of the Anti-Corruption Act.
