SPIRITS were high as students and teachers from 31 secondary schools in the Klang Valley filled the seats in the auditorium of Menara Star, Petaling Jaya.

They were there to learn tips and guidelines on how to take part in this year’s Star-NiE (Newspaper-in-Education) contest, which focuses on photojournalism.
