POVERTY is a multi-faceted problem. Education, health, living standards, governance, service delivery of local authorities, building management and transparency, among others, are all part of the different dimensions or faces of poverty.

To solve the problem, I believe we need to look at it from different angles and perspectives and through different lenses. I would like to highlight two aspects that I think are particularly important.
