Phase one of 27-storey Sri Hartamas development launched

Woo says 100 out of 190 units were taken up even before the officiallaunch of phase one of Dorsett Residences in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.

WHEN Dorsett Residences in Sri Hartamas was launched last week, 100 out of 190 units offered in phase one were already taken up.

Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd (Mayland) managing director Datuk Kevin Woo said the development was the first to be more than 75% physically complete at point of sale.
