SEVERAL roads in Penang would be closed in stages to make way for the 21st edition of the Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) cycling challenge from Sungai Petani, Kedah, to George Town.
Penang Traffic and Public Order chief Supt Roslan Ali said the roads involved in the race would be closed in stages and reopened after all the participants had ridden by.
