Good and bad: While there are aesthetically pleasing graffiti found on walls and abandoned buildings, there are also some that are merely scribbles by amateurs.

Rude people who are desperate for attention. An unsightly mess that needs to be cleaned up. Urban art that is worthy of appreciation.
