JUST two weeks after pre-war shopowners in Jalan Tengku Kelana, Klang were advised to change old wiring, the ground floor of a shoplot caught fire.

About 50% of the building that housed the Chennai Chetty Naadu Restaurant was gutted sometime past midnight last Saturday.
