SIBU: The Hii King Leng (HKL) Top Sport Star awards, which is now in its fourth year, was introduced to reward students who excel in sports and their studies.
Dr Hii Sui Cheng, who initiated the awards, said it was the objective of the committee to encourage students to strike a balance between sports and studies.
