Steering away from parking touts

A parking tout waiting at an empty space along Jalan Berangan, Bukit Bintang,

TO IGNORE or not to ignore parking touts. This is what’s playing in the minds of motorists who have been advised to report them to the authorities.

Some have stopped entertaining those asking for money while others still fear their vehicles would be damaged if they do not pay these touts, popularly known as “jaga kereta boys”.
