Rock found on uprooted tree in temple

The tree at the Sri Marathandavar Temple in Maran broke into two during a thunderstorm.

KUANTAN: The century-old tree at the Sri Marathandavar Temple in Maran was uprooted recently and this has led to a mysterious discovery.

Temple committee assistant treasurer M. Revindran said workers cleaning up the debris found a large rock, weighing at least 20kg, on top of the tree.
