JOHOR BARU: A total of 1,854 cases have been filed with the Johor Consumer Claims Tribunal over the past three years with losses amounting to RM6.4mil.
Its section head, Samuel Mut John Brody, said that out of that amount, the tribunal has awarded about RM2.4mil in damages to consumers since 2013.
