DBKL officers trying to control the crowd at the Federal Territories Chinese New Year Open House.

A scuffle broke  out at the Federal Territories Chinese New Year Open House at Dataran DBKL dampened the festive mood at the event today.

Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor was giving out ang pow to some 5,000 people when the incident occurred.
