Pilot recycling bank launched for residents of People’s Housing Project

THE first ‘recycling bank’ for the People’s Housing Project, a pilot project before the implementation of the segregation of waste at source on June 1, was launched at the Kampung Melayu flats in Air Itam, Penang.

State Local Government Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said a series of pilot projects would be carried out at several areas.
