The man behind the Cronut craze last year has come up with a new why-didn’t-I-think-of-that mash-up dessert that could take 2014 by storm.
Dominique Ansel, a New York-based pastry chef whose croissant-slash-donut creation, the Cronut, rode the forefront of a wave of mash-up foods in 2013, has announced the debut of his latest food mash-up, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Milk Shot, at South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive in Austin, Texas this weekend.
