Duopharma supply deal extended

PETALING JAYA: Duopharma Biotech Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Duopharma (M) Sdn Bhd has received a letter from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd for the continued supply of pharmaceutical and/or non-pharmaceutical products to government-run hospitals and clinics until June 30, 2023.

In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, Duopharma did not state the value of the supply agreement.

Past exchange filings reveal Duopharma clinched the supply contract beginning Dec 1, 2017 till Nov 30, 2019, with an estimated value of RM156mil.
