KAJANG: The local property market recorded more than 300,000 transactions valued at RM145 billion in 2021, said Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz.
He said this represented an increase of 1.5 per cent in volume and 22 per cent in value compared with 2020.
