PETALING JAYA: CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn Bhd (CMRM), as manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust, has appointed Yap Neng Tong as its non-executive non-independent director and chairman of the executive committee, effective yesterday.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CMRM said this followed the resignation of Tay Boon Hwee from the positions.
