Sumatec fails to submit quarterly report, share trade suspension continues


KUALA LUMPUR: Sumatec Resources Bhd has until July 7 to submit its first quarterly report for the financial period ended March 31 to Bursa Malaysia, failing which trading in its shares will be suspended from July 8.

However, as the company's securities have been suspended from trading since Nov 7, 2019 in view of the winding up order against the company, the suspension of trading will continue until further notice.
