PETALING JAYA: TDM Bhd has set up an executive committee and picked Amir Mohd Hafiz Amir Khalid as the company’s officer-in-charge (OIC).

The Terengganu state-owned plantation and healthcare company said the management changes followed the contract expiry of Datuk Mohamat Muda as the group CEO on Jan 31. He was appointed in early 2017.
