Tri-Mode inks deal with OGN Online

Companies that provide short-term consumer loans at high interest rates are on the increase in countries like Indonesia and the Philippines as many people struggle to get advances through traditional channels such as banks.

PETALING JAYA: Tri-Mode System (M) Bhd, an integrated logistics service provider, through its wholly owned subsidiary Landbridge Haulage (M) Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding with OGN Online Sdn Bhd. This platform operates under the name Kumoten.

In a statement, Tri-Mode said Landbridge Haulage had on July 12 signed an e-commerce logistics agreement with an established platform operator in Taiwan, HiClicks, for exclusive rights to operate the e-commerce logistics platform in Malaysia under HiClicks Malaysia.
