T7 Global to team up with Crest Builder on Latitud8 project

KUALA LUMPUR: T7 Global Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary T7 Kemuncak Sdn Bhd has entered a partnership with Crest Builder Sdn Bhd to construct the proposed Latitud8 mixed-development on Jalan Ampang.

The project comprises a commercial building with 44 floors.

"The MOU will provide an opportunity for T7 Kemuncak to collaborate with a CBSB, a well-established construction player in Malaysia with excellent track-record in construction to collaborate with each other and combine their capabilities and resources to construct a high-rise mixed development in Kuala Lumpur City Center. 

"This collaboration will place the Company on a higher ground and upskill ourselves in the construction industry," T7 Global said in a stock exchange filing.

As at 12.30pm, T7 Global was two sen or 4.5% lower at 42.5 sen with 1.08 million shares exchanging hands.
