Yinson in talks on FPSO deal in Nigeria


AmInvestment prefers companies with stable and recurring earnings such as Dialog Group and Yinson

PETALING JAYA: Yinson Holdings Bhd is to engage in exclusive negotiations for the potential supply and charter of a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) unit to process hydrocarbons from the Anyala & Madu fields located offshore Nigeria.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, Yinson said its subsidiary Yinson Production Pte Ltd had entered into a heads of terms with Yinson Operations & Production West Africa Ltd and First Exploration & Petroleum Development Co Ltd (First E&P) to facilitate the exclusive negotiations between the parties.
