JOHOR BARU: United Malayan Land Bhd (UMLand) has entered into a partnership with a Singapore-based food and beverage retail company as the property developer looks into expanding its business ventures.
UMLand group managing director Dennis Ng said that it had signed a joint-venture deal with BreadTalk Group at the end of last year.
