HLB refutes M&A talk

PETALING JAYA: Hong Leong Bank Bhd (HLB) has refuted a UOBKayHian Research report on a possible merger between it and Alliance Financial Group Bhd (AFG).

In a statement to StarBiz, HLB said the report was speculative and untrue.
