TH Heavy slips into PN17 category


PETALING JAYA: TH Heavy Engineering Bhd has slipped into Practice Note 17 (PN17) status after the company’s independent auditors expressed a disclaimer opinion on its accounts for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2016.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, TH Heavy said its independent auditors Messrs Deloitte PLT had revealed that the group and the company incurred net losses of RM439.64mil and RM51.48mil respectively for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2016.
