Petrol One to provide services to Dalian Jinzhou at Asia Petroleum Hub

KUALA LUMPUR: Petrol One Resources Bhd has secured a two-year contract to provide support services to China's  Dalian Jinzhou Heavy Machinery Co. Ltd in Johor.

Petrol One said on Wednesday it would provide supply base and marine support services to Dalian Jinzhou's oil storage project at  the Asia Petroleum Hub Terminal in Tanjung Bin, Johor.

However, the services are subject to Dalian Jinzhou being appointed as contractor for the oil storage terminal. 

The services are scheduled to start in the second half of 2017 and includes providing a supply base with five acres of land adjacent to the Port of Tanjung Pelepas in Johor, warehouse and logistic support.

Other services include launch services, tugs, barges and towage, pilotage, floating cranes, accommodation and victualing;
 
Dalian Jinzhou's core business is manufacturing large chemical, petrochemical, petroleum refining and fertiliser process equipment.
