Serba Dinamik IPO to sell 271.4m new shares under IPO


Moody's outlook on the Korean banking system has been negative since May 2016.

Serba Dinamik said on Friday the shareholders were offering for sale up to 118 million existing shares while the company was issuing 271.40 million new shares.

Of the 389.4 million shares, there would be an institutional offering of up to 341.3 million shares way of book-building to Malaysian institutional and selected institutional investors, including approved Bumiputera investors.
