private equity (PE) arm CMS Opus PE Sdn Bhd is buying a substantial stake in fresh fruit convenient store retailer MBG Fruits Sdn Bhd.
MBG said in a statement that it had entered into a share subscription and shareholders agreement with CMS Opus.
