Aerospace business lifts SAM Engineering Q4 income

PETALING JAYA: Sam Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd posted a 13.1% increase in earnings to RM17.4mil for its fourth quarter ended March 31, boosted by higher profit from its aerospace segment.

The aircraft component maker said its 22.3% higher revenue of RM161.9mil for the quarter was mainly due to the increase in revenue from its equipment manufacturing segment, as a result of higher demand for its storage device testers.
